⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Prime Dental as a new patient. The office is beautiful, clean, bright, and welcoming, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. Monica did a great job answering all of my questions and helping me feel comfortable, and Dr. V was kind, knowledgeable, and very clear when explaining my treatment plan and options. One thing I especially appreciated was that they provided a detailed estimate showing what insurance was expected to cover and what my out-of-pocket costs would be. As someone who gets anxious about unexpected medical bills, that level of transparency meant a lot. They were able to get me in quickly for my initial exam and cleaning, and when a couple of cavities needed attention, they got me back in just two days later. The entire team was gentle, efficient, and made me feel relaxed throughout both appointments. I also loved the TVs in the treatment rooms, including the one on the ceiling for when you’re reclined in the chair. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes appointments much more comfortable, especially for anyone with dental anxiety. Highly recommend Prime Dental!

On Friday, my wife had a tooth that was hurting really bad. They didn’t have no openings in Tyler, but they did refer me to their location inKilgore and Kilgore got my wife in and taken care of. great customer service in both places

Highly recommend prime dental! After having a really bad experience at another dental office a week prior, and a very expensive treatment plan thrown at me, they helped me and the same treatment plan is thousands of dollars cheaper for WAY better service. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so kind. The dentist takes his time and explains what is going on with your teeth so you can understand your treatment plan and what is needed moving forward. Best experience I have had at any dental office! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

W*O*W is an understatement. Not only was the atmosphere so relaxing and classy, the service matched it! The entire experience from start to finish was seamless and beyond what I expected. From the moment I entered, I was breath taken at the beautiful building and stylish design. I was immediately greeted when I walked in by the front desk. She was professional, personable and attentive! She made the paperwork and check in effortless! After only a short time in the waiting room(which I didn’t mind, because the greenery was to die for) I was quickly called into the X-ray room. The technician was gentle and professional. She guided me through every step and answered any questions that came up. When the dr entered the room, he was very personable and shook my hand. He called me by name the entire duration of the visit and informed me every step of the visit and procedures. He was a breath of fresh air! It’s rare that a dr takes the time to break things down and explain their findings and treatment plan step by step. By the end of the visit I felt as though I knew more about my teeth and was my treatment plan was more than ever! Before I even had much of a chance to gather my purse, th
